The problem
Invoices lived in three places at once: a spreadsheet, an email thread, and someone's memory. Nothing reconciled, and every month closed late.
What I built
A single ledger view with inline editing, a typed data layer over Postgres, and PDF output that matches the studio's letterhead. The design system is six components wide — deliberately small so it stays consistent.
Outcome
Month-end went from a two-day scramble to an afternoon. No new tooling to learn: the interface reads like the paper it replaced.
